One shop in Posen, one weekly route
DLC Professional Landscape Management runs every route out of our shop on S Harrison Avenue in Posen, right off 147th Street. Posen sits in the middle of the south suburbs, so most of the towns we cut are five to thirty minutes from the shop. That short drive is the whole reason our weekly schedule holds together. The truck gets to your street early, the crew does the work, and the day keeps moving instead of getting eaten up on the expressway.
For homeowners we stay close to home in the southwest suburbs. For commercial and multi-family properties we cover the entire Chicagoland area. Residential weekly service runs primarily through the southwest suburbs, including Orland Park, Tinley Park, Mokena, Frankfort, Oak Forest, Oak Lawn, Alsip, Crestwood, Blue Island, Midlothian, Palos Heights, and the Mount Greenwood and Beverly neighborhoods in Chicago. The towns listed on this page are the ones our routes run through every week.
Do you work outside the southwest suburbs?
Yes, for commercial and multi-family properties. We take grounds maintenance work across the entire Chicagoland area, so a property manager with buildings in several towns can use one company instead of a different vendor at every address.
Is it the same crew every week?
Yes. We run weekly routes, so the same truck and the same two guys are on your property on the same day each week. They learn the yard, which is how the small stuff gets caught before it becomes a problem.
How do I find out what service would cost on my property?
Call the office Monday through Friday and a real person will pick up. We come out, walk the property, and give you a free no obligation estimate for weekly maintenance and anything else you want handled.
